Roasted Garlic Cauliflower
Cauliflower is a filling low carb veggie at 1.3 net carbs per half a cup raw according to the Atkins Carb Counter. So sometimes I’ll make a batch of Roasted Garlic Cauliflower as a yummy side dish.
