Jumping into any form of a diet is scary! I’ve tried all sorts of fads and looked at all sorts of tricks I heard from the grapevine. The one thing I’ve learned is to rely on science. I mean don’t we look towards it to cure disease, why is it unheard to do a little research when thinking of weight loss. He said She said is just not gonna cut it! There will be no more eating 12 lemons a day, swearing by detox tonics of hot sauce and corn syrup, or odd hours to eat. Deciphering myth from fact is my goal in this category.
