Another day under 20 net carbs!
Breakfast- Scrambled Cheese & Chive Eggs Beaters
Snack- Turkey Pepperoni w/Swiss Cheese
Lunch- Cajun Tilapia & Shrimp with Spinach Wine Sauce (mmm… leftovers)
Snack- 1 Slice Swiss Cheese (I wasn’t hungry & in a rush but it was snack time)
Dinner- Steak, Cucumber Slices, & Roasted Garlic Cauliflower
Snack- Jello

Chicken & Broccoli Soup

Warm, yummy, & filling on a cold winter day!
Ingredients:
1 filet Chicken Breast (cubed in bite size pieces)
2 Cups Chicken Broth (Low Sodium prefered)

I craved Jalapeno Poppers and a Five Guys Burger yesterday. A big NO NO at over 1000 calories and almost 100 carbs.  So I created these burgers to get the taste I wanted minus all the bad. We found them yummy! Careful with the first bite they ooze!
