Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken
3/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp italian seasoning
3 cups spinach
1 tbsp sun dried tomatoe italian pesto
1 egg
1/4 cup shredded 3 cheese blend (fontina, asiago, parmesan) or parmesan
1/2 tsp salt

Snack- Turkey Pepperoni w/Swiss Cheese, Cucumber slices
Lunch- Cajun Tilapia & Shrimp with Spinach Wine Sauce (mmm… leftovers)
